"Horses bring memomories back...of a childhood spent in the Pampas, way down ...under the Southern Cross... Having lived in different places and  enjoyed horseback riding over the years...galloping  somewhere in Colorado, the Hamptons or around Mt. Fuji... it is an ehilarating experience albeit somewhat painful...afterwords.. The sketch of the horse is inspired (well, tried to replicate the magnificent "Medici Riccardi Horse Head, an extraordinary bronze sculpture that dates back to the 4th century. During the Renaissance, Donatello and Leonardo da Vinci  used this as a model.") Who knew?
